Your ever kinda feel like your to old for things you did as a kid ?...It just seems to me that gaming, Computer, Console ect are just for kids anymore. I just cant see the point in sitting in front of the Computer for hours or sit in front of the TV to play games any more...

I can't imagine me at 30+ waiting in line at Best Buy or the local EB games for the latest Doom of HalfLife game

Your age is not relevant to your behavior. The moment you realize that you'll have matured immensely.

I'm 18, and just last year during my senior year in high school, I thought I was done with gaming.

But this year, as a frehman at college, my love for gaming was rekindled due to the soon-to-be released Gran Turismo 4.

You'll get over it.

Who waits on line? Just buy over the net.

Umm....you'd be suprised how many gamers are 25+

I can honestly say that I'm not into games as much as I used to be but i'm much older then you are.

My transition started when I was around 27 or so though

I just found there were many more things to enjoy in life and I couldn't keep wasting time on my computer playing games.

36 and still play a few games. Not like I once did, but still enjoy a frag or two (although I get the sh!t whipped out of me the older I get. Not sure if it's the skill level or aimbots! :p)

I'm 27 and game a lot, beats wasting my time vegetating to IQ-attack TV programming or spending it with the stupid asses 99% of people are (present company mostly excepted).

Are you kidding me? I know a huge bunch of successfully late-twenties and early-thirties men and women who love to play on the Xbox. It's even become something of a house party staple round these parts.

I guess one of the reasons it seems odd to game anymore is because me and my girl moved in together. It seems weird both us having jobs and collage...and for me to "playing games"...seems like its time for me to grow up;)

Growing up has nothing to do with playing or not playing video games... and it's spelled 'college'...

Doesnt seem that way to me anymore I guess.

I just cant use growing up and video games in the same line. When I was in HS and Jr.H, I swore I would never get out of games...I don't know what happen.

I'm 33 and I'm as much a gamer as ever. I didn't game at all during college, but now that I have a pretty regular schedule and more money to blow on stuff I'm back into it. About the only difference between now and when I was into console games during/pre high school is that I don't waste time on games that require you to play the same part 42 times before you beat it. I don't have the patience for that crap anymore.

It's not really age, it's just that my tastes have changed. FPS games are boring to me now. A game has to be pretty involved and interesting for me to play it now.

Im starting to feel it too, and im 22 as of this past Dec. I'm either getting too old, God forbid....or the games are just not as fun anymore to me. HL2 was cool, but not that fun to me...blahhh

I'm 47 and a veteran of the 101st Abn, and I love games! Being in a remote uncultured place such as I am now they are a great pastime and diversion for me.

I most often enjoy interactive ones, such as multiplayer team fps like any of the Tribes series, but I play lots of genres. Still even have FF7 in the old psx :)

I'm 29, married, and I still play games regularly. You're never too old to have fun. To me, thinking you're "too old" to enjoy something means you have some growing up to do.

I'm 17. I didn't play games through most of 16, and thought I was done with them. But I wasn't. You'll always find yourself tiring of something you do too often. However, one can only assume one plays games often because one enjoys it, and if that is the case, you'll probably never tire of them completely.

Agreed.

Except for that last part. You are being too kind to ATOT, me thinks. (Seriously, do a search on "YAGT")

I was until my '90 LX got stolen. After that I bought a '96 Cobra, but it was too damn expensive and I ended up selling it. I'll get another one when I've got more money. Car thieves suck.
