It Seems I Found an ECCp Client Bug

I was doing some testing of the installer and noticed the client wouldn't minimize on startup. START_MINIMIZED=1 was set. I even moved to different spots in the INI. I realized that the test version was in a directory with a long name and my normal version wasn't. I moved the client to a directory with a short name and it works. It looks START_MINIMIZED is ignored if the client is installed in a directory with a long name. All other INI settings work. I'll just have to set the installer to installer to (system_drive)\eccp109 and disable changes to that.
