I'm really addicted to those infomercials when I see computers on for sale. It's funny because I TRY to let them talk me into a computer. However, two weeks ago I was watching QVC and I heard something like,

she's trying to explain how fast a 1ghz comp is by loading webpages. she clicked on a link and exclaimwd "Ohmigosh, did you just blink? cuz i missed it!" and all that happened was that the webpage loaded quickly, evidence of a super fast internet connection possibly t-1 or dsl but has nothign to do with the 1ghz of cpu power.

Guess you had to see it. she's going on and on about how she can dl stuff at the blink of an eye.
