With the help of this forum I built this monster in January and I really have not used it as much as I had thought. Feel sorry for it never getting a chance to stretch its legs...lol. Now I am thinking about selling it, and using the money to pick up a new hotness laptop...MBP Retina or a high end PC laptop (Suggestions?). Can you guys give me an idea of a fair price to ask for it?

id rather have a desktop like that than one of the laptops you mentioned. thats going to be a serious performance downgrade. even if you sold it, it wouldnt get you a mbp anyway. just keep your desktop
