It looks like the Cubs and the Indians are leading their leagues.

These teams are traditionally major losers. Would be interesting if they met at the world series.

The only possible outcome would be a 3-3 split and then MLB disbands before game 7.

Both teams won't make it out of the first round. I'm going with Texas and Washington in the World Series. Texas wins 4 games to 2.

Texas is doing some weird crap where they easily beat teams with a record over .500 but usually lose to teams under .500. I am looking forward to the post season where all the teams have a good record. As long as we don't have to face the Twins in the post season we should be fine.

There's nothing more insufferable than Cubs fans (I live in Milwaukee). I hope they continue with a great regular season then flounder in the post-season. Sadly, I see them doing well, but anything can happen in October.

You must not know many RedSox fans. :D But I can understand the annoyance where when you think you are going to homegame for your team, it in fact turns out to be a homegame for the visiting team, which tends to be the case when the Cubs play in Milwaukee, Denver, and, I think, Cincinnati(?).

:D I would hate cubs fans, too.

Indians have had some good years, just not recently. Their roster was pretty amazing back in the late 1990s.

First Stipe Miocic won a UFC title, then the Cavs pulled off the upset. Now the Indians too??? Next thing you'll tell me RG3 plays like an elite QB and leads his team to the playoffs. :p

Anything can happen in baseball but the Cubs are set up exceptionally well. The NL is pretty stacked though, the Dodgers (if Clayton Kershaw is in form) and Nats could play spoilers.

Nah its not the fact that it's 60/40 Cubs fans. In fact, it's only been the majority in the past few years as they have gotten better. It's the QUALITY of the fans. They are vicious and obnoxious beyond belief. I have no problems talking trash and shit with opposing fans, but it's usually done with a little wink and a nod knowing that everything being said is just normal "talking shit". But Cubs fans... they are venomous and mean. They MEAN the shit they say. They are loud and obnoxious... and, yeah I guess it's because they act like the own Miller Park when they come up here. It's funny how much northern Illinois people talk shit about Wisconsin but yet they all come up her for vacations all summer long. Thanks for your money!

I go to a lot of Brewers vs Cardinals games as my son is a St Louis fan (don't ask...) and lots of people say Cardinals fans are the worst. But compared to Cubs fans, Cardinal fans are angels.
