I hate those stupid things. In fact, I was contemplating using all the prestige and influence that being a member here at Anandtech provides me to sway the world's leaders into eradicating the little annoying weeners. But, before I play that card, I was wanting to pool our combined (and probably immense) knowledge about our ecosystem together and figure out what wildlife would suffer if we did send them all to a better place. Would there be that much of an ecological breakdown?

P.S. If you've never heard of a mosquito please tell me where you live so that I can be your neighbor.

Well, I suppose overpopulation could result from thousands of people not catching malaria and dying. So, yeah, we should keep the mosquito. 😉
