Things like the deal, the price, etc. are really cool to put in posts!

Western Digital WD3200KS RTL 320GB Caviar SE16 Hard Drive SATAII 7200RPM 16MB
ClubIT Price: $104.99

For a minute I thought the price was $64. That would have been hot. Where is the deal?

I'm looking for the deals, too. I don't see anything other than those USB thumb-drives that everybody gives away these days.

I've bought a few things from ClubIT - so far the experience with ClubIT has been as flawless as my experiences with NewEgg.

<thread crap>
crap crap crappity crap.
http://shop1.outpost.com/product/4596257
this is a 250 gig seagate (5 year warranty), no tax/shipping, 69.99 no rebates at outpost, so 27.996cents/gig versus 32.8 cents/gig.
</thread crap>

EDIT: the outpost hd is pata, not sata-sorry for any confusion. but point being, better deals can be found.

That's because ClubIT is the strictly on-line branch of PC Club based out of City of Industry Ca, they have very good customer service.

kumanchu,
i wonder if lazyboykgb and DLM are affiliated with clubIT?
let me assure you that my only affiliation to ClubIT is being a member of the PC Club Forums, i don't buy from ClubIT nor from PC Club (which is way to expensive in my book, i buy from the Egg, MWave, ZZF). I do not work for them, i am not spamming for them, i just simply gave some credence to someones comment about a store i do know something about.

And while you're wondering, wonder about this, out of 8 prior posts on this Forum, i have 2 with people either flamming me or wondering of my affilitions. You folks sure make it tough on a newb to want to stay and contribute.

Yeah, DLM, some people make it tough when they should be giving some slack to the new members. Even they were new at one time. Let me be the first to welcome you to ATHDs and I hope you stick around to contribute.;)

People tend to have short fuses on AT because of trolls and tools like Rollo who have agendas... like promoting a certain company. Don't feel hated, because most of don't care about affiliations as long as you're not acting in a biased fashion. We might not even care if you ARE biased. (I don't).

Welcome to AT :)

Thanks ariafrost, my only agenda is to find a new home forum for myself. I spent many years at the PC Club forum and if you peek in there it has turned into a ghostown. It's sad because it has/had many very experienced and knowledgeable people. But for whatever reason the activity level is down to maybe between 6 to 12 new threads a week, So i decided to find a place that wasn't a battleground forum like some of them are and see if i could slowly assimilate and continue to learn and maybe pass on some of what i know to others.

Sorry for the partial thread hijack, now let's get back to this thread which is already in-progress. ;)
