It is now official: Russia meddled.

I did a search and surprisingly this hasn't been posted yet, UNLESS, it was posted by one of the many people on my ignore list.

Anyway, nothing will happen, because our government is made up mostly of whiny cowards. Brave men and women dont sign up for politics because its a mess and no one wants to deal with it.

I don't think this gets much discussion because we already knew this, just the senate didn't give a fuck.
Exactly. Even if we could prove criminal conspiracy, the current practice is that the sitting president cannot be indicted for crimes and it's clear the current senate will not remove him from office soooooo... Keep on criming!

I don't see the orange menace attacking that report so he's probably hoping it just gets lost in the shuffle of the DNC.
The TV stations need to allocate some time for this particular report.
To really get under the menaces skin.

Yea we did but not like this, Muellers report suggested it, this report flat out says it.

Where Mueller failed and Barr covered up, the Senate report delivers.
Now its a fact.
There can be but only one recourse now: Impeachment.

Let's hope instead there's no need to impeach him again.

Doesn't this report step on the upcoming Durham report. Proves the FBI investigation was warranted.

Good point. Yea it craps all over it. Oh you want some more Russian Collusion on your Trump Salad? Here, have a durham report.

Shit Trump even managed to commit perjury in the written answers he gave to Mueller... That means he straight up lied to his lawyers that crafted the response for him.

Have you guys seen the fan letter he sent Putin back in 2013? Like a love sick school girl. The dude is pathetic.

Plebes won't remember this with the conventions going on, they will with the Durham report as it will be rolled out at the most opportune time.

I know you guys think its a replay of a bad game, and just a reiterates already established information... I think its a nuclear bomb shell. Its the final chapter to the Mueller report! And its everything everybody was afraid it would be ... and there is no Barr or Rosenstein “to land the plane”. I think Pelosi will have to come up with some damn good reasons as to why not get impeachment rolling again. I get it, it may be contra productive, but would they be doing their jobs if they dont?

It WOULD be a nuclear bomb if Orange Dick and his party hadnt been dropping bombs literally every day for the last 4 years.
To any other president this would be devastating. A shock that stuns a nation.
But for Donald, it was Tuesday.

Damn good reason? Uh, the last time the Republicans said "we know what he did, we just don't care", what's changed since then?

Not "the Senate".

Republicans.

Republicans don't care about treason.

Fair. I meant Senate Republicans since they determine the outcome of the senate (practically at this point), but your clarification stands and should be documented for history.
I just think it's best to be very specific when talking about politics.

People talk about "the House" or "the Senate", as in, "the Senate" went on vacation without doing anything...well, it's Mitch McConnell's Republican Caucus who went home without bringing up the House Bill for a pass/fail vote. It was Republican Mitch McConnell who told the Senate to go home without passing anything at all whatsoever for the House to even look at.

The BothSidesDoIt™ enablers love it when we aren't specific. It makes their job easier.

I think you're right, these details matter. It takes history for granted to speak with assumptions.

This isn't news. No one questioned for a second that Russia attempted to play a part in the election. They attempt to play parts in elections all across the world particularly in European countries as well for those of you that continue to be uninformed and ignorant.

The debate topic wasn't that Russia meddled - it's the part of Trump colluding WITH them, as in... the equivalency of having weekly status calls with Russian spys to get insider info of the opponents, give them information, etc... And that... has been debunked. Derrrrrrrp.
