Not to mention the last 4 or 5 days, i can't even sleep its so hot at night. All this driving i?ve been doing over the last few days aswell, dayum thank god for air con!

It's about our average daily max for about three months of the year, and we usually get a few days in the low 40'Cs 😉

That's about 90 degrees. Nothing special. It's 92 and humid as crap here in New Jersey. Heat index is 98.

But hot for the UK I guess.

32? lol here its been cold and damp and really really foggy. the fog/cloud is really low on the hills near us and its mixing with the crap from ICI/Corus and making some dense fog

its jus disappearing now though, so its really nice outside, warm sun, and a cool crisp air. perfect.

yay for british weather. yay for living in middlesbrough with its heavy industry

on a side note........NTL jus doubled my modem speed for nout! 4mb down 400k up 😀

Sweet, i got the upgrade about a month or so back.

There are good things from this weather, i went down Bristol today and there were loads of HOT woman out in their summer gear, me likes 😀
 
I went to the UK a couple of years ago. It was decent. Strangely familiar like the US in a way, but different in others.

I also walked around in Brixton which people thought was bad, but it was like a normal part of Philly.

Yeah, I?ve never been down Brixton, but I hear it is supposed to be the ?In the hood? part of England. So i dont think i will visit Brixton anytime soon 😛
 
Meh...

I played 3 sets on Sunday like this. Trained OL in a gym wih naff all for cooling then played more Tennis after a few hrs rest. Today I did some sprinting in this heat.

Reason 90F in the UK is a big deal is because that is not normal, and most houses/apts dont have central AC. Imagine sitting in your house in NJ with no AC, you would be talking about how hot it is too! LOL
 
heh we just got over a heatwave here in bay area last week or so. its like 76degrees out here right now🙂

I live in Southern California and it's not uncommon for people to wait until the temperature hits 95 or even 100 before turning on their home AC (due to the very high cost of energy). Also, many homes here that are more than 30 years old don't have AC.
