Monster.com - and other similar Internet job posting / resumé sites are a great place to post your resumé. Approximately 26% of the jobs are achieved from site such as these. Don't overlook the use of them. Also, if you do post your resumé on a site such as this, ensure you update it on a weekly basis. By "update" - I don't mean a major update. Just open it up, add a space to it, save it - that's it. Most headhunting firms or recruiters only view the most recent resumés (e.g. - those that have been entered into the system or changed in the past 3 days.)
