I saw it on showcased on the TV show Xplay, when they were doing their worst of 2004 episode. I can't remember the title, it was something from Japan. Plus, I was just looking at it thinking "OMFG!! How could anyone ever even think of creating a game like this, let along marketing it?!" for most of that segment.

I accused a student of something similar...He denied it just like the OP... but admitted to part of the stuff... (ironically, it was games as well)
Had a print out of the time he was logged on...
printout of the activity on that computer...
student figured out he was stupid and finally admitted to it (in the face of overwhelming evidence)
mailed a copy of the evidence to the mom... let her deal with it.
If the OP thinks that someone like an IT director can't figure out the truth, then the OP is an idiot. Therefore, I question why the OP was looking at gay flying porn. (hopefully, it was just Yatta)

I don't know what your experience is, but at my school, all the kids download games. Any rules against games are a formality at best.
All drivers speed, too. Does that mean we shouldn't enforce speed limits?
Did I break the rules in high school? Of course. I wasn't stupid enough to get caught though, and if I HAD gotten caught I wouldn't try to get the staff in trouble for doing their jobs:roll:

When you say DLed games do you mean Dled flash games off the internet or Dled illegal full games? Everyone at my school Dled flash games and i dont think he should be punished for that but if you actually DLed a full game i definatly think you should get punished.
