This brought tears to my eyes. I hope they get bin laden and his fellow terrorists. They need to be brought to justice for the murder of my father and all the others killed on 9/11. God bless America.

But an apology is in order, I think. Doomguy, I hadn't read your post before posting that, and with the feeling of loss I experienced after 9/11 even without a loved on being involved, I can imagine how horrible it was and how you must feel.

Any problems I have about how the feds are going about this perhaps should, perhaps shouldn't be discussed here, but certainly shouldn't be reflected in little one line sarcastic quips, generalizing just as much as those I have problems with.

A good friend of the family, an Iranian gent, was beat up in a bar about a week after the shizz went down. No, he wasn't saying, "gah, I can't stand Americans." He spent several days in the hospital. This is the kind of stuff I worry about. And my reaction was to the wild abandon of which I have seen so much in the last month.

As always is the case on these boards, people are taking a lot to the table unseen. I apologize again for my rather immature approach (as you can see from my number of posts I am relatively new at this!).

It honestly scares me living in a country with such bloodthirsty people. Granted people are a bit more constructive in directing it than they were say... 20 years ago but man.

Bloodthirsty people? You ass. No one here wanted this to turn out the way it did. No one here wanted 5,000+ citizens of the United States to be murdered. BUT IT HAPPENED AND NOW WE WANT JUSTICE.
 
I believe all prisoners should be put into labor camps to pay for their food/shelter and to maybe earn some money for the government.

Those 4 terrorists will most likely be beaten everyday in prison, their lives will be terrible.

To be honest, most of us don't really care right now that a lot of people around the world don't like us for one reason or another. The US justified in kicking some ass right now, and we're going to do it whether you support us or not. And anyone who stands in the way is risking a well-deserved smack while we do it.

Yep, sometimes that is the best that can be had...

Personally, just give him to me, I've got a baseball bat with his name on it... I will feel no remorse about beating him to death... And I'm a peaceful person, but he is someone who wants to kill me, so I consider it self defense...
