Sorry to break it to you, but the women in your magazines don't look that good without their makeup, lighting and airbrushing.

I know. It cracks me up how picky young computer geeks are (or try to be). Most of these women they claim are "fugly", they would cream in their jeans if the girl ever gave them a chance.

"don't look that good" is true if you mean they don't look as good as they do in the magazine -

As for the rest - thanks, but some of us can (read: have) get (read: gotten) the girls w/ bodies good enough to say w/ honesty that we think some people use the term "hot" just a little too loosely around here.

yup, there is a pretty big difference in how they look in a mag and how they look in person.

and yes, i've seen a real live female naked... and i wasn't paying her... and she wasn't dead... and she wasn't unconscious....

I think you're missing the point. Even those girls are more "real" than the ones that are featured in Penthouse and Playboy. Ever notice how none of those girls have scars? Moles? A little bit of a tummy? They look like something factory produced to specifications (5-5, 110, 36-24-26)

well, you probably want to get bushnell... they make pretty good ones... the ruby coated lenses are always nice... 😉
 
Sure they airbrush in playboy, they also only take the very few and far between of people that try out there, which means they don't generally pick someone with a bit of a tummy, noticable scars, etc, they are big enough to be picky and only take what they deem to be the perfect look.
 
Wait, you're talking about 2 different things:

- the way some "computer geeks" here are critizing perfectly hot women about stupid little things because they have never seen the real thing and don't really have any basis for "real world" comparisen
- the fact that you will almost never see any images of "famous/glamorous" women in magazines w/out extensive retouching

while both are likely true, I just wanted to point out that some of the women that I have seen praised on here were not built as well as women I have known and/or dated.

i.e. Ms. Spears is certainly attractive, but she is definitely just slightly a little more jiggly in the midsection/derrier than what I prefer & what I have been lucky enough to find.

Yeah, that's what I was saying.... Strip clubs probably have a higher ration of "hot" girls though, as it is just a flesh fest. Of the times that I have been to a strip club, I can say that I have seen maybe 10 girls that look like they have come directly from the pages of Playboy.
 
as for magazines: it is downright amazing the things they can do in retouching - completely change the color of the panties they're wearing, change a thong into a full coverage or vise versa, move hair around, change skin tone, etc etc.

there are very rare occasions when an image makes it to press w/ little to no touch up, but these are most exceptional even w/ the most beautiful of models.

Hmmm.. it would seem to me that a live woman in one's bed beats the helluva out of a stack magazines but what would I know,I'm just a dumb old blonde 😀
