Does anyone have information reguarding the HIPAA IT laws at pharmacies...

ect.. servers have to be locked up physically.. which OS are allowed...

Your organization doesn't have a HIPAA Compliance Office(r) that can handle the concerns?
 
I haven't read any part of the law that is that specific (although I haven't read it all) . afaik, it states that you need to take reasonable measures to keep the data secure. It is up to the facility to design and implement the security procedures.

I could be completely wrong though.
