Been so busy traveling for work and taking care of family, building rigs has been a long lost hobby.
Well life has gotten much easier and I’ve started a couple of new builds. I dusted off my old spare rig and it’s a dinosaur,
AMD phenom II tri core with the fourth core enabled via bios settings.
So I picked up some parts for a more current gaming/desktop rig.

4 x WD 10,000 rpm velociraptors
LSI MegaRAID SATA/SAS 9260-4i
2 x Samsung SSD’s
Sound card
EVGA Supernova 1600 watt
Rosewill Blackhawk Ultra tower
Right now I’m in the process of collecting the components for the watercooling for both CPU’s
And GPU’s

I loved my SR-2 back in the day. Be careful tightening down the HSFs.

I just finished my new build and i used the same case, it is quite nice and easy to work with.

Great for cable management and I like the power supply being covered.
