ISU's little 'Circle of Trust'

I go to illinois state university and have ISU as my isp, with Verizon covering the bandwidth for my adsl . I've had major ping losses lately so I called up the ISU computer help desk who referred me to Verizon, who referred me to ISU network services, who referred me back to the ISU help desk. Don't you just love tech support?
