issues with tv tuner card

When I put it into my computer, it doesn't detect my hard drives. Any ideas on what I should do?

EDIT: Not sure if this is the right place for it, or tech support.
EDIT2: would work fine when tv tuner card removed. stopped booting altogether. changed ide cable, works fine. but using only 40 wire ide cable, still doesn't work though...not sure if I by mistake bump cable a littlebit or what, but it doesn't detect my hard drives still.

IRQ conflict with the IDE controller? Some motherboards let you set them, you might want to try that.

I'm gonna try that later tonite. I use a KT7A from Abit.
I know its not something wrong with the card cuz it boots up fine in my P3 box
