Issues with SSD RAID

As seen here, I am unable to get faster read/write speeds from my Adaptec 31205 RAID card. Does the TRIM information get passed through the RAID controller to Windows? If that is the case, then would a reinstall solve my issue (the current install is a ghost from my SAS drives).

Adaptec 31205 SATA/SAS PCI-E x8 Controller
2x ATi Radeon 4890 in CF
2x Samsung PM800 128GB in RAID0
4x Fujitsu MAV2036RC 10k SAS in RAID5
2x Seagate 7200.11 750GB in RAID0
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate RTM
