issues with origin

hi friends since i have updated origin from 8.6 to 9.0 i am not able to see any of my purchased games. i contacted ea cc however the idiots havent replied since 10 days. i did uninstall and reinstall origin but the same issue. any help would be appreciated.

I contacted Origin via a phone call last week and was amazed at how great the customer service was. Have you tried calling?

Also, isn't there a menu option to 'Refresh Games List' or something to that effect? Have you tried that?

could you pls provide the number? i dont get the option to call them from the support site.... i did try refresh but nothing is getting updated
