Issues with Explore and Firefox on my PC

I was trying to go to dell.com for a friend of mine and in both Firefox and Explorer I get an error page...

If I go to another PC in my house (my wife or kids) I can get there...

Any idea what might be going on?

On my PC I have Firefox 11 and Explorer 9...
