One of our employees is having issues connecting up to our Terminal Server (Win2k Server) as of late and I can not figure out why....
The error he gets:
"The client could not establish a connection to the remote computer. The most likely causes for this error are:
1) Remote connections might not be enabled at the remote computer.
2) The maximum number of connections was exceeded at the remote computer.
3) A network error occurred while establishing the connection."
Nothing has changed on the server side, and others can connect up just fine on a daily basis (myself included). He has been using the same connection and same PC for a year now without issues.
Any input or suggestions? This one is hard to diagnose as his PC is at home and I don't have direct access to it... any help is appreciated.
thanks.
