Maybe, but according to them, I have an address in the US, that way I got the ram to my country. Also, they didn't mentioned anything about that in the warranty claim I made.

Just trying to reach someone to RMA... shouldn't matter where you are at. It doesn't sound like you even got far enough to tell them you weren't in the US, and if you have a US address to ship/receive from, it shouldn't matter anyway.
 
AMD should take ownership of this issue regardless of the OEM. When they decided to brand and sell this as their product, they should warranty it. Wow, this is really sh1tty of AMD. I'll be sure to let others know, and I'll not recommend AMD products for now.
Being an AMD product, someone getting AMD hostname email for said products should be able and willing to direct a customer to the correct OEM (as in a website, email address, form to fill out, etc.), if the warranty is serviced by another company.
 
That is what is strange to me. At first they directly declined, without saying why. When I insisted the second time, then they told me about Galt, that they are the manufacturer of my ram.
Even the email address that is shown in the stick does not exist :/
