Issues Replacing Motherboard?

Greetings,

My EVGA x58 Motherboard recently died. It was covered under warranty, and I should have its replacement (same model) here soon. I will obviously be cleaning thermal paste off the CPU/heatsink, but aside from that, will I need to do anything special? Will I need to repair or reformat my OS? It would be ideal for it to not need any work, but I'd rather know beforehand if I'm going to need to do anything major. I'm running Windows 7 x64.

Thanks!

If it's the exact same model you shouldn't have to change/do anything. Unless there's a huge difference between revisions and the OS goes LOLWTF?! But I don't think Windows 7 has those problems. XP did afaik.
