Issues Building Tyan Tiger Base CPU

HI,

I am trying to build a tyan athlon MP but i am having issues with the floppy, it fails and all? it talks about a legacy diskette A:/?? is this different from a regular floppy??

This is what I have so Far:

Tyan Mobo Tiger
2x 256mb Registered Pc2100

80gig IDE Western Digital HDD 7200rpm...

and 2x 1.2 gig Athlon MP

HELPP!! it won't boot
 
Make sure you don't have the cable connected backwards. The Tiger manual is suck and most things in reality are exactly opposite as what they appear in the diagram.
