Issues booting up

A new build I recently put together is working great except for one thing. It takes an abnormally long time to load at the WinXP splash screen. (Not sure how long exactly, maybe about 1 min?)

Another that happened today is that after taking a really long time to load at the winxp splash screen, windows failed to start and the system rebooted. The second time, everything booted up fine.

The system is showing no other abnormal symptoms that I can see. Any suggestions as to what might be the problem?

Have you loaded the correct drivers for any Motherboard Chipsets that you might have?

I know on the VIA's it would do what you are experiencing if the 4in1 drivers weren't loaded and DMA was enabled.
