Hey guys, last week I ordered a computer from an individual on another forum. He told me he had shipped the package out via UPS at a UPS Store on Saturday and provided me with the tracking number. But still, even now, the tracking still reads:
"UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later."
Has anyone ever encountered an issue with UPS like this before? I was under the impression that as soon as someone is billed at a UPS store then the tracking should at least say "BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED". Could he be possibly lying to me? I asked him to scan or photograph a copy of his receipt so we could go from there. Anyone else experience something like this from UPS before? Thanks for your help...this is a pretty large purchase for me.
