We have been having an error lately at work (just randomly started coming up) when processing policies. I was asked to look into it for our team (which is not a programming/dev team) so we could send it to the right group to fix it. The error randomly comes up, and is one of two things. It is either an issue with the programming (not likely as we haven't had this issue before and the program has been used for years), or with the system that is used by our agents and us to process policies (more likely the cause because we get system issues quite often that randomly pop up).
From looking into it so far I have found where the program errors out, but once again it is a system issue not related to this script (as best I can tell at least). The reason I believe that is that when I manually do what the script does (in the exact same way the script does it) I still see the error, but it doesn't affect anything. This isn't hard to explain, and makes sense from looking at everything. My question is how can I definitively figure out the script has any issue in it or it is just the system?
Also if anybody knows the reflections systems and wants to help me out please send a pm
