issue with Q6600 @ 9x366

it is 8 hours prime stable. Here is one I do not understand.
Every once in a while when I reboot the sys, it will reset the bios back to defualts. Any ideas on this? I duel boot so I have to reboot once in a while.

Q6600 @ 9x366 thats 3.3gh
mem is crucial ballistix at 2x439 @ 2v

nah, the board is brand new. And its keeping other things, i will keep my eye in it though.

Its not the battery, did some tests. It happens whenever I reboot from XP to Vista. Very odd, did it this afternoon.
