issue with new install

I just installed a fresh clean windows XP SP2
and while im trying to install some software
blue screen of death comes saying
System32: huy.sys

i think thats what it is
and i have to restart

Also my Display adapters are nt being shown in my device manager
and i cant update my video drives.
