Issue with new build

I completed a new build last night, but something seems to be wrong. It seemed to be fairly slow while installing Windows 7, and eventually bluescreened once immediately after I selected which update settings to use for the computer. I was able to complete the Windows installation after that. I can't quite put my finger on what's wrong, but basically what I'm looking for is a test or two I can set up on the computer to hopefully identify if something's wrong. What tests can I download and run?

Computer components:
Processor: i5 750
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P55-USB3
Ram: Corsair 4 GB DDR3 XMS3
PSU: Corsair 650 watt
GPU: Sapphire 5750
HD: Samsung 1TB SATA

Your post is kind of vague, I'm not sure what kind of problem you are having that you can't put your finger on. Is it still feeling sluggish & slow?

Have you installed all your chipset and device drivers?
I suppose you could run memtest or a hard drive diagnostic test.
