Question Issue with msi 2080ti trio

I am running my gpu(2080ti) with dp cable.Its giving display without any problem but gpu is not recognized by pc means any game or anything is not recognizing that there is any gpu installed in motherboard (have checked in task manager,dxdiag,cpu z) and it is giving error 43 (There is a problem with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti device. For more information, search for 'graphics device driver error code 43' ) and when i start my pc it shows white lines all over display for few seconds and when i try to switch back to native resolution of monitor(ie. 1920x1080) i again shows white lines all over monitor until i switch back to other resolution. I tried other gpu and they are working fine.

The Code 43 error and the artifacts are a definite sign of a GPU failure. The videos just confirm it.
