Issue with credit card

-Bought some clothes from Macy's
-Signed up for Macy's card
-Paid bill as soon as I got it
-Statement is zeroed out (I don't owe them anything, confirmed by calling and internet)
-Been over two weeks since I've paid my bill, Macy's still hasn't taken money from bank account
-Sent them an email about a week ago, no response (this was after trying to get ahold of someone on the phone)
-Tried calling twice today, their piece of shit phone system hung up on me both times while I was listening to queue music

Macy's CC usually gets you lots of nice deals from them, but it has by far the worst payment system Ive ever seen. I canceled my card with them because I didnt want to deal with the headaches.

i signed up for one and it worked fine for me

I bought two suits and a few ties shirts so it ended up saving me 200 bucks (20% off first purchase)

nothing wrong with that

though I will probably never use it again
