Issue with connecting wirelessly

So my laptop was acting funky so I pretty much only used my desktop. Today I was messing with it and it seems to be running pretty well. When I open up the wireless networking configuration it says I am using another application to manage my wirless connection. Its forcing me to use a network which I don't want to. I am not sure how there can be another application running as I have never installed anything. I tried to used the Wireless Zero configuration but it already is on. Any advice?

Many Wireless Client install their Wireless Utility while installing the Driver.

Use these two application to find out what is lruning in bacjground and disable it from StartUp.
