Issue w/ Onboard sound...

Trying to get the onboard sound on my MSI Motherboard to work properly w/o the disk that came w/ the board...can't seem to get the right drivers, any ideas on what would be the best course of action?

Speakers - Logitech Z640s

Motherboard - MSI KM400-8235

Seems my onboard chip is a VIA one actually...tried one driver from their site...but no luck

Well I've gotten an older version of MSI live update, due to the fact that the MSI site is ****** and most sites link only to it. But of course, when the download attempts to connect to the file site for individual drivers, it fails, ******' up the download.
