Question Issue starting up new build.....

Hi all. Help needed with a new build. Just started up but won't boot. Get stuck with a screen that says, 'Press Delete to enter setup'. That doesn't work. Underneath that it says,' New CPU installed. fTPM/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP structure changed.

Press Y to reset fTPM, if you have BitLocker or encryption enabled, the system will not boot without a recovery key.

Press N to keep previous fTPM record and continue system boot, fTPM will enable in new CPU, you can swap back to the old CPU to recover TPM rela....(out of photo) keys and data.

All gobbledegook to me to be honest. This is my 3rd build. Never come across this before. Any help much appreciated.

I have a Gigabyte x670 Elite Auros AX with a Ryzen 7 7700x CPU.

A BIOS update probably would have helped here too. Once I did that with my 7950x, along with clearing that old TPM, it booted. It's even got an ARC A770 in it that I'll eventually swap out for this 7900xtx card.
