Issue of 'Use the other installation disc that says 64-bit..'

When running the Windows installation ISO, it comes up with:

'Use the other installation disc that says 64-bit. When you insert it, Windows Setup will restart automatically.'

Whereas I intended to make bootable Windows insaller in a USB flash disk by use of that ISO copy.
How can I make bootable Windows insaller in a USB flash with this issue..
please help guiding me to correct way.. many thanks in advance
