issue in windows explorer

I have win xp pro sp2. After I reboot, I can put a cd in my cdrom or cdrw drive and windows explorer will read it fine. But, when I change to another cd, explorer still shows the name and the contents from the previous cd. I haved to reboot in order for the new cd to be recognized. Anyone ever had this problem before? I have tried refreshing in windows explorer by pushing f5 and that does not work. I also tried remove the drives and reinstalling them and that didn't help either.
