Hey guys,

I have an asus p6t with only a SATA optical drive. I have 12 gigs of RAM so I will be using a 64 bit OS (this is probably irrelevant.) I am sure this is a common problem but I have no floppy and my OS boot dvd is not loading. Can someone give me some suggestions... I have read about people talking about "slipstreaming" and emulating a floppy using my flash drive (this would be great since making another boot disc would be a pain since I need to go to a buddys house to make another one)

Anyway, any help with this problem would be great

Thank you in advance

Did your installation DVD ever boot or did you just burn this copy. Are you running XP, Vista, or Win7. If it has never booted before and is non-bootable we can make it bootable.
