Looks like Obama is going to have to point out to Netanyuhu, that GWB is no longer the President.

And also point out that unless the Senate ratified any treaty, that any understanding expire with the end of GWB term of election.
But if the Israeli understanding with GWB was that Israel could keep expanding West Bank Settlements without violating other agreements that called for no expansion, that policy formulated by GWB was absurd.
Its somewhat crunch time for Obama, he either has to give Netanyuhu a firm NO, or risk both alienating our Arab allies and calling down the wrath of the pro-Israel lobby onto himself.
While basically abandoning all hope for a Palestinian state.
