Wait, prison?

I had to re-read the article and noticed there was more to it after that abrupt image in the middle. I thought this guy was the victim of some crime since he was all bound up!

sounds like ambassador hires hooker, ambassador gets drunk with hooker. Hookers pimp/friends show up, bound and rob ambassador.
