to settle the Palestinian issue. Unlike Israel, the Palestinians are having more kids than ever. For Israel, the population is around 2 kids per parent, which is less than what is needed to expand the population. Unless Israelis start having more kids, immigrate more jews in Israel, or prevent Palestinians from having more children, there will be more arabs between the Mediterranean and the Jordan Valley. As things continue apace, Palestinians will demand all of the Levant as opposed to the Bantustans or comprehensive (and continuous) land that Oslo promised.

With only 5 million jews among 300 million muslims in the ME, Israel is playing a dangerous game for her children as she continues to delay an inevitable Palestinian state.

If that happens, then it would be a complete disaster. In today's modern world, a democracy cannot (and should not) act like another Vatican. If anything, the Israelis should declare themselves a Jewish state rather than a democracy and stop the confusion.

But wouldn't that realize the prophesy that the Labor party member in Czar's post was talking about? The only way to do that would be to close of Israel and expel all Arabs. Either way they would have to create a Palestinian homeland.
