In the long term, What could be the consequences of peace?

What would the peace look like? Actual Israeli citizens with the abillity to vote? 2nd class citizens? Or an independent state? Can Israel be a Jewish states if Palestinians have the ability to vote? Would the Palestinians be happy being 2nd class citizens? IF they give them an independent state what does that mean? Can they have their own army? Who manages their economy, their finances? If not how long before they start clamoring for it? What does Israel do with the settlers?

I just don't see how Israel decides to relinquish control of parts of Palestine.

Ignoring the fact that they started the fight and had their own big brother on there side for the all the schedule rounds.
In the all the rounds though '67, Israel had no big brother, just a determine/knowledge that if they lost, it was their final fight.
