ISP's in England?

I'm leaving for England on Thursday and I'll be studying there for a year. Does anyone know of any reliable dial-up ISP's in England, preferrably free or cheap, and specifically in Oxford? Thanks!

You might have LAN access there which will be connected to the 'net, although it depends upon which college you'll be going to. Hope you are lucky!

Why not try BT's dial time (or surf-time, whatever its called). You pay a fixed rate per month, and there are no dialing charges. There is a cheaper tarriff which includes no dialing charges after 6pm weekdays and is free friday night until monday morning.
