ISP suggestions

Well, now that Netzero went bust, I need to find a new isp. I'm looking for something "cheap" and "reliable", if there is such thing. Free would even be better! Anyway, I would like to get inputs from you all. BTW, I live in northern Virginia.

whew! I use the banner ad crack and so i'm limited to 20 hours a month. that sucks! what i end up doing is starting a new username and password then i get 20 more hours. i've started 6 usernames already.

i use the banner crack too but i didn't know it was limited to 20 hrs for ppl w/the crack? how do they know whos using the crack and whos not?

also, is bluelight still working or did they go under?
