Im Moving to Portland OR, need to find a good isp...anyone got some ideas.

currently im getting 4mb download 512 upload cable internet. I think it was around $60ish a month.

Ive looked at some dsl prices and its like 1.5mb down and 256up for $70!!! Is that normal?
