Hi All,
I work at a software company where I sometimes need to take and make calls. The headsets we were given are these (but with 2 cans): https://www.plantronics.com/us/en/product/blackwire-310-320
They're ok for work, but I typically listen to music most of the day and sometimes need to drown out some of the mind-numbing conversations in the next row so I can focus. Unfortunately, I can't crank these because they're not a "closed" design so anything past ~25% volume and everyone can hear it.
I'm looking for a 2 ear closed set with a decent mic. Needs to be USB. Not sure if it matters or not, but we use NewVoiceMedia through Salesforce/Lightning - probably not an issue but worth mentioning. I guess I'm looking at a "gaming" set that can take/make a decent phone call?
Any suggestions? Looking <$100 and something I can get from Amazon Prime.
TIA
