This is for a good friend who got dumped on moving in at another place at the last moment. This is for a female, 26, non-smoker, non-drinker, drug/disease free grad student.

She needs to be close to UCLA or close to a bus line that goes that way. She will have a job as well so she won't be at home all the time. She has no pets either, but doesn't mind them.

If you can't help with a place, but know of someone, please PM me the email so I can send it to her. If you know of any sites that might help in this search we would be greatly appreciative. I live in GA so I am of little help.

She wants to move this Saturday, Aug. 28.

Thanks for your help!

WESTSIDE RENTALS you have to pay but it's worth it, especially since she is in a hurry. if you dont find a place through them, they refund your money

she should look across wilshire or in santa monica (easy bus/bike ride) if she wants to save money.

i lived at 1030 tiverton. nicest manager ever but the rent went up and i didn't want to sign another year long lease. i think a single there now is 1225. :(

if she's on a budget she may have to share.

Share a single or a double? BTW, yes she is on a budget.

all the apts in 1030 tiverton are singles/studios.

ucla area rent is expensive. its cheaper if you're further away from campus or your building has nothing.
