I am sorry for the lame question, but I have the WINXP iso from Microsoft (yes I paid the $9 or $10 a couple months back) and I cant seem to extract it.
I use nero, what do I need to do to get this iso to be a regular cd?
I have a copy of the iso file on a cd I burned but I cant update my OS with it. :Q

if you have the .iso file, then you go into nero and choose "burn cd from image" and choose the .iso image.
