ISO--outlook express blocked sender utility

I reinstalled windows and forgot to backup my blocked senders list. I have like 300 emails that came in today and I dont want to sit here for 300 emails and create this list by clicking multiple times.

Is there a utility that I can just select and entire range of emails and add them to my blocked senders list, or just drag and drop them to a window that will automatically add them to my blocked senders list?
