.iso movie to DVD

I haven't burned an .iso file to a dvd before, i'd like to know if there's anything special i need to do. do i burn it as a data disc? it will fit on one DVD just not sure how to do it, any help would be great

Also, depends on the size of the ISO. Most commercially sold movies come on dual layer DVDs, which have 9.4GB of memory. Without compression, they can't fit on a standard (4.7 GB) DVD. My software can do the compression, but it's proprietary Acer stuff.

DVD Shrink will create a 4.5 GB ISO out of a D/L movie data file. DVD Shrink is freeware.

ok the .iso file went off without a hitch, now i'm wondering if anyone knows of some good video converting software, i need to convert .avi files to MPEG otherwise i get a movie that only has audio. I am using Nero 6, don't care about the cost cuz i can prolly find it online. I've had a few videos they "fail" their conversion (using Xilisoft .AVI to MPEG 2.1.47) but it doesn't give me an explaination why. any help or suggestions would be great
